Customs Duties on Shipments Outside the European Union

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, import and customs duties may apply. These additional costs vary by destination country and must be borne by the recipient. We do not cover customs duties or import taxes. We recommend checking with the relevant customs authorities before placing an order to avoid unexpected costs.

General Information

Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.  Items in our online shop that are explicitly marked as "ready for immediate shipment" or "in stock" are held in our own warehouse and are typically dispatched shortly after payment is received. Another portion of our product range particularly limited-edition sneaker releases, exclusive models, or select fashion items is sourced from authorized retailers, partners, or marketplaces only after an order has been placed. In these instances, the extended delivery times specified on the respective product pages apply valid for Germany.

The "Express Shipping" option does not reduce the stated total delivery time of 6–12 business days. Our shoes are initially stored in an external interim warehouse and only transferred to our main warehouse after your order has been received. Only after the goods have arrived there will they be shipped to you via express. Due to this two-stage logistics process, delivery may take longer than the transport route itself suggests, even with express shipping.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed or is not accepted for reasons attributable to the customer and the goods are returned to the seller by the shipping service provider, this shall not be deemed a withdrawal from the contract. This includes, in particular, cases of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, refusal to accept the shipment, failure to collect the shipment, as well as non-payment of customs duties, import taxes or other charges required for acceptance of the delivery.

In such cases, the seller is entitled to deduct from the refundable purchase price the actual return shipping costs incurred as well as any customs duties, import taxes and other charges incurred or invoiced by the shipping service provider in connection with the failed delivery or acceptance.

In addition, a flat-rate handling and storage fee of 5% of the goods value, capped at EUR 20.00, may be deducted from the refund amount. The customer reserves the right to prove that no damage or a significantly lower damage has been incurred by the seller.
