Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, with "consumer" referring to any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession:

A. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right as an EU customer to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. You may also fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear statement electronically on our website at https://fortyfour-sneaker.com/apps/returns?locale=en. If you use this option, we will promptly (e.g., by email) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Withdrawal area

We only accept returns from member states of the European Union (EU). Returns from countries outside the EU will not be accepted.

Condition of Returns

Our products may be tried on under normal conditions, meaning only indoors on a clean, dry surface to avoid soiling or wear. Returns are only possible if the item is in new, unworn condition and without any signs of wear.

With sneakers, special care should be taken to ensure that there are no creases or pressure creases in the material, which can be caused by intensive trying on or excessive rolling of the foot. Such changes affect the new condition of the item and may exclude return.

To ensure this, a circular plastic 44 logo is attached to each product, indicating the return policy. If this plastic logo is removed, the product is considered used, which may affect the right of return. Please ensure that the plastic logo is attached to the shoe if you are considering a return.
